MEETING AND LECTURE with international referee BASKETBALL

-the latest trends and guidance in the regulations basketball games

-6 HOURS A DAY practical exercises (2 x 3 hours training- sports hall)

-1.5 hours per day lecture theoretical

Lecture :

-fundamentals of defense and how to practice men to men defense ,half and full court.

-individual workout with guards and shooting for guards.

-teaching the offense vs.men to men defense and vs.other special situations.

- individual workouts for big men and shooting,for those guys.
